We are looking for a Briquette Production Operator is responsible for carrying out the briquette manufacturing process, including preparing raw materials, operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and performing packaging activities in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The operator is also responsible for maintaining workplace cleanliness, ensuring the safe operation of machinery, and supporting the achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare raw materials according to production requirements and company standards.
- Operate briquette production machines in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor the production process to ensure production targets and product quality are achieved.
- Perform quality inspections during the production process.
- Package finished products according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and work equipment.
- Conduct basic inspections of production machinery before and after operation.
- Report machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Support production targets by working efficiently, safely, and responsibly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in accordance with operational needs.
